The Debts Recovery Tribunals (Refund of Court Fees) Amendment Rules, 2026 amend the framework governing refund of court fees in DRT proceedings. Now, the applicant or the applicant and defendant may file an application/joint application before the Registrar of Tribunal for refund of court fee indicating the details of settlement.
