SEBI has issued an interpretive letter under the SEBI (Informal Guidance) Scheme, 2003 clarifying the applicability and interpretation of certain provisions of the InvIT Regulations in response to a request made by Sustainable Energy Infra Investment Managers Private Ltd concerning regulatory compliance and operational aspects of InvITs.
