W.e.f. 27 May, 2026, MCA has amended the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014 to facilitate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) spending through subscription to Zero Coupon Zero Principal Instruments (ZCZP Instruments) listed on the SSE.
