The IBBI (Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process) (Third Amendment) Regulations, 2026 further strengthen the pre-pack insolvency framework by enhancing the valuation process, refining the appointment and eligibility criteria of registered valuers, and introducing greater transparency, independence, and consistency in determining fair value and liquidation value during the resolution process.
