The IBBI has amended Regulation 31 of the Liquidation Process Regulations, 2016, allowing liquidators to modify stakeholder-list entries based on additional information. The liquidator must notify the Adjudicating Authority of such modification within 30 days, with the amendment effective from its Gazette publication.
