SEBI renewed the recognition of BSE Clearing Limited under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 and the Securities Contracts (Regulation) (Stock Exchanges and Clearing Corporations) Regulations, 2018. The recognition remains valid for three years, from 3 October 2026 to 2 October 2029, subject to SEBI-prescribed conditions.
