The Directorate General of Trade Remedies (DGTR) has initiated a bilateral safeguard investigation into imports of Non-Phthalate Plasticizers (DOTP and DEHCH) from the Republic of Korea to assess whether increased imports under the India–Korea CEPA are causing or threatening serious injury to the domestic industry.
