Circular on Valuation Standards for the purpose of valuation conducted under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016

The IBBI has issued a circular prescribing standardized valuation norms and methodologies to be followed by registered valuers for ensuring consistency, transparency, and reliability in valuations during insolvency resolution processes.
