SEBI has extended the compliance deadline for Angel Funds registered on or before September 10, 2025, to implement the Accredited Investor mandate until March 31, 2027. During the extended period, such funds may not offer investment opportunities to more than 200 non-Accredited Investors or accept their contributions after March 31, 2027.
