In view of the overhaul of the SEBI (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 2026, SEBI has revised and consolidated the erstwhile application forms for in-principle approval and final registration of mutual funds into a single application form, as prescribed in Annexure A to the circular. All other conditions specified in the Master Circular for Mutual Funds remain unchanged, and the circular is issued under Section 11(1) of the SEBI Act, 1992.
