SEBI has amended the Mutual Funds Regulations, 2026, by replacing references to the Fifth Schedule with the relevant provisions of the SEBI Intermediaries Regulations, 2008. The amendment also omits the Fifth Schedule and will take effect on the 180th day from its publication in the Official Gazette.
